Silver Dollar Restaurant

if you like eating out or dirty French onion bowls & REUSED rolls from previous tables before you, this is the restaurant to go to!

10/30/2012 We attended a memorial service at AbrahamLincoln National Cemetery and went to the Silver Dollar restaurant in Elwood, IL. We were very dissatisfied with the quality of food served. Poor flavor, small portions and they tried to overcharge us.

Chicken swimming in grease, potatoes, gravy and ravioli had no flavoring. Beef very rare and on a teaspoon of ice cream for desserts. No seconds were offered. They tried charging us for all adult dinners. We had 12 children and had to call it to their attention to get the bill adjusted. Only good was the servers. Will ever return!!
