- Results Transformation Center was created to nurture those in the community who are seeking a more fit life, but cannot find the help and support they need to be successful in traditional mainstream membership clubs.Results the training gym exists for one reason, and that is to constantly challenge and lead our members to achieve the highest level of sustainable fitness they can reach. We have an obligation to our members to provide a safe environment and to help as many as we can reach their goals and beyond. At Results Transformation we believe that Fitness Is Motion and Motion is Life! When you walk in the doors to our Results Transformation Center, we want you to feel the love. Our promise is to deliver high energy & high fives on every visit. Our caring and professional coaches are here to lead, encourage and inspire you in a fun and effective environment. What an awesome place to start the beginning of the rest of your life. I have been at this gym since April doing the 20lb challenge and have lost 80 pounds. This program works if you stick to the plan and ready to make that life change. Coaches are awesome and so are the people you work out with. I have tried every program and diet and they never worked but this program does!!!
This place is amazing! I recommend it to all of my family and friends. I recently completed the six weeks challenge and lost a total of 21 pounds. It was not easy, but it was totally worth every dollar and time spent. I would day the hardest thing for me was following the diet. The first week was a struggle and I wanted to give up but after that it became a habit and I'm loving this new lifestyle. I do not want to go back to where I was before the challenge.
