Birchfield Tire

I have several friends and family members who have gone to Birchfied for years, but this last time I went in I was very unsatisfied. My mother and I walked up to the window where 3 men sat carrying on a conversation, they could clearly see us. They never once asked if we needed help after several minutes went by it just became very awkward, therefore we left. They seemed very backward. It was a very strange experience and we will carry on our business elsewhere.
