Ruby Tuesday

My husband decided to go to Ruby Tuesday's in Elizabeth, NJ for dinner as it was next to our hotel and I had been to an Arizona location before and loved it. There were "team members" outside in the parking lot yelling loudly, that should have been our first clue to walk out. Upon arriving we were seated promptly. More "team members" sat in the booth next to us - while working - having a loud innapropriate conversation. It was a very unprofessional environment. We were impressed with the salad bar selections. We both ordered steak and were disappointed in both the flavor and portions on our plates. I did not feel we received good value and the irresponsible attitudes of the young and obviously poorly trained staff lead me to question the cleanliness and safety of the environment. I will not be visiting Ruby Tuesday's in the near future. There was a diner next door and I regret not choosing that location for dinner that night rather than Ruby Tuesdays.
