Long story short,Brought my car in for 60,000 mile maintance.Stated will be ready next day.After 4 days I got it with major problems and returned it. 3 days later bypassed main office to speak with mechanic who stated he did not know how to fix it, had only installed 1 timing belt in the past and not on a forein car. Demanded they stop work immediately and tow to Kia. Kia called them and they stated they had it on the tow truck and they were towing it. It never arrived at Kia. Owner of UV drove it in my driveway 2 hrs later stating it was fixed. Barely made it to Kia dealer who stated car engine totaled. Needs new engine. Drive shaft threads stripped,air filter broken, H2O pump broken,timing belt was misinstalled. Only restitution was he purchase used engine and he install it. (Ya right). Appears to be unlicensed, uninsured and not bonded. No evidence at any time of honesty or integrity. Avoid at all cost. Am now hearing other complaints.filed with BBB,DA ,Attorney Gen etc/
