I Repair

the new owner Jacob is super cool. I dropped my iPhone 6s down the stairs and thought there was no hope. Jacob told me to give him 20 minutes. When I came back I couldn't believe it my phone was working again !

So I came to this place with my broken iPhone five and I wanted to say that they treated me very nice and fix my phone in less then 30 minutes plus they give me six months warranty I really appreciate your work guys thank you very much I will be back :)

DO NOT USE THIS RETAILER!! They promised to repair my daughters iphone in 45 minutes, took 2 hours. Gave us a warranty for 6 months and in 2 days the screen had black spots on it, I went to another repair place closer to our home to ask why this would happen and they said it was caused by the repair of the screen and to go back- went back and they refused to fix the problem. 3 weeks later the screen cracked again and when we went back again, they said the warranty was not on the screen!! RIDICULOUS and VERY POOR SERVICE AND QUALITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whatever you do, do NOT take your electronics to this place! They were supposed to repair my Ipad screen in 2 hours. They broke something on the inside while repairing it and it's been 3 weeks and I still have not got it back. They made it sound like I took them in a defected Ipad, when it was working great when I took it in! They even checked it before they started working on it. Owners never return calls. They said they would give me a discount and then when I asked for my money back, They refused. They said they never offered a discount. HUGE LIE! They have a cart in Mission Valley and one in Parkway Plaza. Take your phones and Ipads ANYWHERE else but this place. They charged me $150 for a 2 hour service. Three weeks later and I still have nothing! DO NOT go here. Warn anyone who has a cracked screen to NOT take it to either of these locations! I have insurance on my Ipad. I should have just got a new one, but I wanted my Ipad quickly , Spread the word about this place!
