Horizon Auto Body & Paint

I have used Horizons auto body twice. Ruben, the manager, is always courteous and polite. He gives me a quote immediately and calls me soon after to schedule the repair. I have never had a problem with their service and have recommended them to colleagues and friends.

If I could put 0 stars then I would- this is the most unprofessional place of business. We went for a repair bc they were the least expensive and after the 2nd visit when we were delivering our car - we got questioned when attempting to use the bathroom- they said they had an incident the week before and told us bathroom was only for customers. We were customers and 2nd visit- so much for small family business feeling. They proceeded to argue why they would not let us use the bathroom instead of apologizing. We should have gone somewhere else. Next they agreed to take credit card payment over the phone and when we questioned items on bill- refused credit card payment and insisted we pay only cash or cashiers check. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAMILY BUSINESS- they are shady and shifty and don't keep there word. We live 45 miles away and went to them to make it easy on owner of car. HORIZON made it a living nightmare. I am so sorry for poor girl whose car we repaired. Who refuses cred
