ride with monique & you will find out they are not licensed taxi drivers she has on the road. good luck collecting from there insurance company. god forbid if one the drivers are hoped up off of pain pills/heroin and get into an accident. true story! tina G. does not know how to run a legit cab company.

While stopped at a left turn red light, a Monique Taxi van carelessly cut in front of a few cars just to get to his destination two seconds faster. This was all done because I didnt pull up all the way to the white line. When I honked him, he proceeded to exit his car and point to the white line that I "failed" to pull up an extra two feet at and stupidly had his car in the middle of two lanes and nearly in the way of other cars. If this is any representation of the values of this company and of how "safe" the drivers are, I would never trust this company with driving me around.

I used this service to go 5 miles which should only have cost $15 according to the company's advertised rates. Then was charged $40 to go 5 miles without knowing in advance. I didn't think business was so bad that this company has to trick people to get money. I will not be using Monique Taxi ever again.
