Overall

Last week, I wanted to return 1 PS4 remote and two game I had. I was going to purchase the new Madden at this location. I normally go to the location in Roseville, but this one was close to my work. I came in 10 to noon and there were two employees behind the counter and one customer making a return. As I approached the counter the employee A said hello and that someone one would be with me soon. As I stood there this employee watched the Employee B (manager) handle a return. Remind you that I have been standing now for 6 min. I finally asked if employee A could help me and he said “ I can in 4 min” Not explaining why, I could only assume he was on lunch (note: why are you on the floor then) So, as I stood there waiting on my lunch time for 4,3,2,1 min to end. He now was ready to help me. This just made me love the Roseville location even more. As I told this employee A that I would like to return the three items and buy the new madden…he started to inspect everything. At this point it was 10 after noon. He then states to me that my remote doesn’t turn on and therefore he cannot give me anything for it. I explained that it wasn’t charged and even stated if they had a charging cord that it would work just fine. The employee A told me that he couldn’t do this and that if I wanted to return it to go home and charge it, then bring it back. I am not joking about this, and employee B (manager) is still discussing with his customer that he needs to buy a warranty to get a new system. Otherwise he cannot help him.. At this point I am very upset with standing not being serviced and now they are telling me to go home to charge my remote. This was the worst experiences I have ever had. The store was filthy and the employees appearances were sloppy. I will never go to the store again. I did explain my experience with the manager (employee B) but, he was slower than employee A and told me to wait even longer while he finishes selling a warranty to a customer. I felt at this point i wanted to leave not give them my money for a new game.
