Coffee Break Cafe

I've only visited this coffee house one time, since I live 'way across town... but I was impressed with the quality of the coffee. The owner roasts the beans on site. I ordered a macchiato (not the sweet drink like you get at *$, but the Italian style-- espresso with just a touch of steamed milk), and it was excellent. The espresso was very good, with good body and complex flavor. My wife ordered decaf iced latte, which she liked very much. I will definitely stop in again when I'm in Eastpointe. They carry a good selection of single-origin beans that they roast in small batches.
