Autotote

I've been there many a time, having just bought a 'fixer-upper' that I'm fixing myself. As a 55 year old woman, I've been ignored in many other stores, but always treated as an equal in this store. Staff listen to my questions, even if I may not have the proper name for an item I'm looking for, I'll know what it is, and I've always been helped. The staff know to ask the right questions to find out exactly what the patron needs, and have sometimes directed me to a new item or way of doing things that I didn't know about yet.



The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff friendly and helpful. I'd happily direct a friend there if she/he needed something for home renovating or decorating.

get off your a** and go into the store... it's not QVC... it's a warehouse for gods sake... if you want a boutique, then be willing to pay for it

Although this is the closest home depot to me, I always call ahead to find out if an item is in stock. They never answer the phone. they have no call routing/voicemail; system. it just rings and rings. very frustrating
