Joshua came today to repair my garage door he was through and gave great service. He was very personal and made sure I understood what he was doing and how necessary it was. I thought the price was fair. I won't hesitate to refer this company and him to others.

Provided by DexKnowsConsumer BEWARE, this business has sold from the original owners. I went to the "new" Hoosier Overdoors in Cedar Lake to purchase a RIGHT HAND garage door torsion spring and also asked about pricing for a new garage door installed. When I got home I found they had sold me a LEFT HAND. When I attempted to return the spring for refund I was given a big argument by the woman in the office saying it was the correct spring, that I was harassing her and to leave or she was going to call the police! When I reminded her that I was considering using them for a new garage door in the future she said "WE DON"T WANT YOUR BUSINESS"!! This woman is completely PSYCHO! I called my credit card company to resolve the issue because I wasn't getting anywhere dealing with them. I'm glad the issue was only a $60 spring and not a $2000 garage door install!
Extremely fast and reliable service, very helpful when need most. They are an example other business should follow where the customers’ needs come first without taking them for a high cost ride. Same day service is great when others left you stranded.

Provided by DexKnowsOn sat. the overhead mount had pulled out leaving the door stuck open. I called Hoosier overdoors on Mon. and they came out and rebuilt the support,better than the original install. I was quite impressed, additionally they are very reasonable and I will continue to use and recommend Hoosier overdoors.
