        After purchasing a NEW A/C sys...

        After purchasing a NEW A/C system from them and having a contract for 5 years, we are done with Foremost. Their technicians are not professional nor do they value long term relationships. The wait time for appointments is exhausting. They put a higher premium on break-down situations, not servicing. Go with a smaller, more friendly and technically proficient company - you'll be better off!

        I am very sorry you feel the way you do, we had scheduled the tuneup of your A/C system for 5/31/11 between 2-4pm. Our technician arrived on time at your house at 3:20pm with in the time slot you were given. You were also informed that your agreement ended in March of 2010 and you did not renew, so you would have to pay the technician when he gets there to receive your tuneup that day. You then proceeded to tell our technician you did not want to renew and left him at your house. So were we supposed to do the tuneup and hope that you came back home? Our technician was told to go to his next call. To be completely accurate, the only other time you had an agreement with us was June of 2007 to June of 2008 and then you did not renew until March of 2009, not for 5 years like you state. The system was installed in 2003. We do value long term relationships with our customers that respect our time as well. Good luck and I hope you can find a company that will meet your needs.

        Excellent Service

        After my oil furnace failed, I called Foremost Services on a Saturday to get information on a possible conversion to propane. Sal called me soon after my call and came to my house and made a proposal. Because I had no heat, he was able to shuffle his schedule and arrange to have his men come on Monday to begin the installation process. Because of a snow storm, the furnace could not be delivered and propane service could not be setup until Tuesday but I had heat by Tuesday afternoon. Sal and his men coordinated everything. Arranged for delivery, setup and connection of propane tanks, applied for all necessary permits from the town and removed all of the debris from the old furnace. They even came back a week later to ensure that everything was working correctly (I was used to an old inefficient and oversized furnace--the new one is 95% efficient but takes a bit longer to heat the house than the old oil furnace).



        Sal and all of his employees are courteous, professional and accommodating. I would recommend Foremost Services without reservation!
