Venesend Cargo DOES NOT LIVE UP TO WHAT THEY OFFER! what they give in reality is hidden fees and false advertisement. they offer door to door service in all of Venezuela and that is not the case they do not ship door to door and after I paid them in full here they turned around and recharged my family shipping fees.There is a great need for essential in Venezuela and this company is taking advantage of such need! The company ..after being rude to me claim that there was a mistake on a sales persons part (owners son) and that the advertisements do not need to be clear! I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! Esta compania les cobrara a sus familias un flete adicional en Venezuela. los Venezolanos se encuentran en una situacion muy dificil, Busquen una compania que sea clara con lo que ofrecen! yo no le recomiendo Venesend a nadie!
