Chappell Cee Bee Number 5

I have shopped this store for 17 years and when I finally have an issue with very rude service I get the brush off from the manager. He sounded concerned and said he would call me back, never did. He does not care. Be assured I will never set foot in the store again. The manager was also quick to tell me the owner Phil Chappell could not be bothered either. Maybe it is not the big chain stores running them out of business, maybe it is the rude uncaring way they do business.
