Stan's Lock & Key Clinic

Great service every time. Took a while to trouble shoot the reason a 2008 Ford Escape Kay was not holding its programming. Ended up making a new key on the spot.

I have been trying to get/keep an appointment with Stan since January 2012. He is never in the office, never calls back. I have gone up there and he's not showed up. Poor customer service on his part. The people in the office are nice but not helpful.

Had appt. and no one showed up to change locks on rental. They wasted my time and gas. Set up time for next day and would not take any thing off of bill but the taxes for the no show. This is not a reliable company.

I have used this company twice within the last two months and I must say, they are absolutely dependable and reasonable!



When you get worked done, make sure you get a receipt. They not shady, but because they are reasonable, sometimes... they MAY forget to give you a receipt. I say, get one just in case you have an issue and/or "just because"! Also, the employees are really nice and give good customer service!
