I WENT TO FA AUTO WITH THE INTENTIONS OF JUST PURCHASING A QUARTER PANEL FOR MY CHEVY COBALT AND WOUND UP PURCHASING A DECK LID AND TAILLIGHT AS WELL THEIR SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND THE PARTS WERE READY QUICKLY THEIR COUNTERMAN WAS VERY HEPLFUL THANK YOU FA AUTO

One of the most un professional yards we have dealt with to date. Purchased used engine raised the price on us because of delivery no problem fuel is expensive. Then charges us a core charge on the old engine no problem. Now after all this can t pick up core after multiple phone calls and promises I promise we will pick it up tomorrow . 90 days have passed gave one last phone call said we don t refund money on cores after 45 days!
