MRD Associates, Inc. is a company specializing in innovative, cost-effective and environmentally sound coastal and waterfront planning and engineering, and related disciplines. The firm was founded in 2002 by Michael Dombrowski, P.E. with over 20 years of experience in providing consulting services to governmental, industry, and private entities both as a prime and as a sub-consultant. MRD Associates' strength is our trained professional staff with experience in coastal engineering, structural engineering, and oceanographic data collection. From our home office in Florida's beautiful Panhandle, our staff has easy access to projects in the United States, the Caribbean, and around the world.
