Smoke Detectors
We called STS out of desperation at 11 pm when our smoke detector system was malfunctioning and setting off our Xfinity alarm. When we called, the alarm had triggered about 100 times. Sam called me back within 5 minutes and walked me through how to disable the non-Xfinity system, which was causing the issue. He stayed on the phone with me for several minutes to ensure the alarm did not trigger again, and he offered to have me call him for the next few hours of the problem continues. Sam was super friendly and helpful.
Motion Sensors
Can't say enough good things about STS Electric and their team. Highly recommend him and will definitely use them again.They gave me a same day quote which was very competitive, and came when they said they would. The old hardwired alarm system had to be re connected, and new alarms installed for 4 apts. 2 light fixtures in a communal hallway had to be replaced, and motion sensor switches installed for the new LED lights we chose
