        Ken Lancer worked with my laptop recently.
        It was sluggish, and operating strangely.
        I have had people help me before, but when Ken returned the laptop to me, I was wonderfully surprised.
        I found it so easy to navigate! It was like a new and improved version, but with out the freaky adjustment on my part.
        It's working so much more quickly, and cleanly.
