I have been a customer at this facility for several years and found the management to be very professional, both seem to love their jobs. They have always gone out of their way to make customers happy. I recommend West Evans storage to business associates as well as family and friends. A+ service and facility. I found the managers at this place to be very helpful and kind. They went out of there way more than once to accommodate my needs. The property was clean and safe. I have recommended West Evans to friends and will continue to do so. I appreciate the stress free time I have had there.

The place was sufficient, but when dealing with the guy who runs it you should know that he seems to hate both his job and his need for customers. Even if you're a full blown adult he will act toward you as a mall security guard does toward a group of junior high kids. Don't bother to mention it to his wife. She will let you know that he is a saint, and that it is somehow your fault and not his.
