Awful people to do business with. When I moved in, (which was almost 8 months ago) the landlord promised that the building was under renovations, all they did was paint the walls. The buzzers to the front building have never worked, and there is always trash everywhere, inside and outside of the building. The landlords are not flexible and will not work with you. My building landlord has also switched and I have never met the new landlord. There is a bug spray once a month, which they did not tell me about when I signed the lease. There is usually only a day or two notice for any kind of maintenance (bug sprays, water shut off, etc). This is VERY inconvenient. You must flip and move all your furniture, you and all your pets must vacate the building once a month. Today on the front door of the building there was a notice from the Denver Fire Department about failure to contact the management (final notice) to inspect the building for code! Don't sign a lease with this company!
