        ur staff didn't offer to remake his omelet, the only they did was take the plate, take it off the ticket and left a ticket for the remaining meal my husband didn't eat anyway because my son wasn't eating. Bad costumer service was your down fall before and it doesn't seem like you learned your lesson.

        I have never had an unsatisfactory experience at this Perkins. The staff is always efficient, polite and friendly. The place is bright, clean and welcoming. The food is good and the portions generous. It is a great way to start the morning or end the day. Nik Nikkel
