Kristi Zalesky, one of Pamela's agents, recently set us up for a vacation to Riviera Maya, Mexico at the Valentin Imperial Maya. Pam was fantastic with a Mexico trip we took in January of 2009. Some concerns with our hotel came up early on and she not only made us aware of them, she kept us abreast of what was happening (I appreciated being informed of some potentially bad news). In the end, she was able to procure an even better room than expected and for a lower price. Denver Travel has arranged my vacations for twenty years! To see I've an opportunity to tell the world how great they are is exciting! Their service and knowledge is remarkable. Pamela, the owner, is highly professional and always makes sure I know what I've gotten myself into. My last trip to Africa was remarkable and the camps arranged were even better than described!
