Alternative Land Design

We moved into a new home and needed to complete our landscaping in a relatively short amount of time. We had no idea what we were doing but knew we wanted things done well. When we contacted Terry he immediately provided the initial guidance and information we needed, met with us to consider our wishes and needs, and stayed through us every step of the way. We live in a neighborhood with strict requirements for outdoor desing and landscaping. Terry took the time to carefully consider our HOA requirements as well as the city requirements while creating options for us to make our outdoor living space dreams a reality. When Terry returned with our initial designs, we had many options to chose from - he took his ideas, combined with our wishes and came up with an amazing landscape design. We constantly receive compliments from our neighbors on the interesting and thoughtful use of materials. We will be working on "Phase 2" this coming year - a process that will involve reusing and recycling materials that were originally part of the property. Being "green" was of high priority to us and we quickly learned that this is one of Terry's priorities as well. Terry is professional, reliable, and available from start to finish. Alternative Land Design did the landscape design for our home and we are so thrilled! Terry is just such a nice, professional person, never pushy. He listened to our ideas and then showed us a few alternatives that we never would have come up with on our own!
