I can NOT believe the above review that I just read. I have used Shutter Services at my office, and home. Their service is top notch and their prices are more than reasonably priced. When I called around and priced shutters, not only were they available to come when it was convenient for us, their customer service was one of the best I have ever seen from ANY company. They gave me the quote before 24 hours, and the installation was fast, efficient and done in such amazingly quick amount of time. I have referred tons of people to Shutter Services and everyone has thanked me for the recommendation. During the last storm, I was unable to shut the shutters at the office and the owner, himself came over to help. I can't say enough great things about this company and their employees.

Terrible company. They came out for a service call to check on my aluminum Hurricanes shutters to see if in working order. I had just moved into the house and wanted to be sure they were OK. Came out and sprayed around some silicone never check the knobs on my shutters to be sure they would be secure when close during a hurricane. The service was minimal. I called back because when hurricane Matthew was coming through the shutters would not be secured The knobs did not fit into the holes. They said there would be another charge if I needed help showing that me how to do it. They should've done that the first time. I pay them $95 and it was thrown out money. I had another company that's reputable and saw the Shutter service they had done and I had agreed you could not fit the knobs in the holes. The tracks are not clean and I will never use them again. I called and as I said there would be another service charge if I needed to be shown how to secure the shutters. They should've shown me the first time and they said that was up to the homeowner. DO Not USE THIS COMPNY.
