You used to be able to go to PhD converters when a black man use to manage, if i rember his name as reggie he went out of his way to make a person welcome, i saw him at Royal. Transmission, an. P. D. R. R. D. L, he was a hard working man I wonder what happened to..... Probably quit,he was very polite an smart.

Everytime we order, they work hard to get it right, and fix any problems fast(not very often). I like dealing with them, and wish they had a closer office, so we could grab more from them. They have been good for MY BUSINESS. Mr. Happygolucky below, must have been a rare problem, as I have ordered here many times, for lots of years and always had good experiences when I buy any parts from them. They're customer service is way more personal than whats left of the competition, after the last several years of big guys gobbling everything up. Thanks PHD!
