Botsford Primary Care Physician

Ok so I am a new client so I had a appointment at 3pm well I got there at 2:20 filled out paper work returned it to the front clerk and waited. well its 3:45 I go back up to the desk to see how much longer and she ask who I am I told here and they lost my paper work I just turned in alittle over and hour ago and she said thay forgot about me so now I get into a room at 4:15 the doctor wants me to come back because he is running late now he said and his 3:45 just got into a room well I don't have transportation and my ride was waiting already almost 3hrs. already. so I waited another 45mins. in a room then they were having trouble with my scrip's.. the doctor was ok but I felt like a number there I have seen better doctors that treated you like family. I would think twice about seeing doctors at this office. I will not be going back. After almost 4 hrs. I still walked out of this office with no prescription's filled and will have to call another doctor tomorrow.

Doctors are ok but getting to see them is the trick. Had a bad case of poison ivy like I get every year and called on a Thursday Morning asked if the doc could write a Prescription the same one I get every year. Sorry sir u have to make an Appointment. Ok what time? Well we can get u in Monday afternoon. 4 more days with poison ivy r u kidding me? Sorry sir maybe u should go to the hospital. Sigh (with anger) then what's the point of your facility if u send everyone to the Hospital?
