        These guys are great. Rick came to my home late Friday afternoon to work on my 4 year old laptop that I use for my small business, and can't be without. It was running slow and my email barely worked. He did not just do a quick fix, but cleaned up useless software and files and did a general "tune-up". He then found that my anti-virus was not functioning correctly, loaded a new one that was free, and put several maintenance programs that I can run myself to keep things running fast. If you want Rick explains what he is doing and why, so he teaches you how to avoid problems.
