No 1 Van Lines

I shipped my condo contents on April 26st with an approximate delivery of May 2nd. I finally received 'most' of my items on May 20th, with one 'rare' table whose legs were snapped off, even though I paid to have it wrapped by them. I am still waiting to receive my sewing machine as of July 8th, which was apparently dropped as it is no longer in its original packing box. I have spoken numerous times to the owner but he has not dealt with the issues in an open or honest way. The crew did experience unusual difficulties during my shipment; however, so much of my discomfort could have been avoided had the owner been upfront about issues. He oftentimes told me misinformation whether intentionally or otherwise that led me to rent my storage place early (even though he was well aware that a part for his truck was being 'made', not 'ordered' which took at least a week), did not return calls, and when finally confronted by direct conversation would apologize and start his 'game' again.
