        Overall

        I called Junk King Miami South yesterday afternoon to get a few very heavy items removed from my house.  It's sold and supposed to close in a few days, so I didn't have much time.  I was pleasantly surprised when the person who answered the phone was super polite and assured me they would be able to help me.  He explained how their pricing worked, which seemed to be the same as the pricing strategy of a few other similar companies.  They gave me an estimate over the phone.  The estimate would be good for one month if I weren't sure I wanted to use them.  I also could have them take the 'junk' right away.  
        I was given a 10-12 window for the following morning.  They would call me when they were 20 minutes away.  To my amazement, they called me just like they said they would and they were there right at 10:00!  There were 2 men, both very polite and they spoke English so there were no communication problems.  They showed me in more detail how the pricing was done and gave me a price.  I agreed to the price, they loaded up the heavy items fairly quickly and that was that.  I paid them, got a receipt and a huge weight has been lifted off of me!  
        I highly recommend this company.  From the first phone call the day before until they drove off with my junk this morning, they were extremely professional, very efficient and very polite!  I'm glad I hired them and would use them again if needed.
