Was sent to a first available doctor there during a first ever kidney stone ordeal. He did surgery and took care of the issue but had poor bedside manner. A couple years later I'm dealing with what may be another stone or may be the result of some GYN surgery I had two months ago or who knows I wanted to switch to another doctor in the practice who specializes in female urology and who I've heard is very good at explaining things. I was told by the phone scheduler they don't allow patients to switch doctors in the practice! And, that even if I could, that my preferred doctor's first available wasn't for two months in the future. I could however get in with my previous doctor. That's crazy. Patients employ physicians and should be able to choose who provides their care. Also there are many reviews for this doctor online that say they had NO trouble getting in right away to see this doctor. Gatekeeping at this office has gone nuts or this practice has too restrictive of a policy.

Do not go here the nurse are rude and made it there life's mission to make people in pain to feel like bad
