        Overall
        Left window cracked while wash...

        Left window cracked while washing my car and ruined my leather drivers seat. Told me it was my responsibility to secure my window. Only paid $175 of a $350 repair bill.



        After writing the Managing Partner and he's agreed to pay 100% of my repair bill.
