Its municipal engineers specialize in hydrology, hydraulics, sanitary sewers, planning and surveying. The company s Technical Department is comprised of civil engineers, landscape architects, land surveyors and technicians who prepare private development master plans, construction, prepare private development master plans, construction documents and permit applications for all land use activities. Its clients include private developers for commercial projects and residential subdivisions, including office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses, motels, hotels, hospitals, apartment complexes and senior care facilities.
