Do Not Go Here! My grandmother scheduled me an appointment with their hair colorist Tia and when we arrived for the appointment they said that we have never set it up even though we were told to be there at 2pm on Saturday by Tia herself. If a stylist gives you a time to be there that is an appointment. Then Tia tried to act like it was for a different day and when she couldn't find us on a different day in the salons calendar she said we were suppose to call back and confirm. I have never had to call back to confirm at a salon that says be here at 2pm. Tia was VERY rude to my grandmother and said that it was our fault. I will never give my business to a company that blames its customers for its lack of organization. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Absolutely awful. Judy is not always fair in her practice. I once went in and she cut my far shorter than I asked and didn't put enough blonde in my hair. When I asked if we could run more through it, she said that I could make an appt and pay if that's what I wanted. I left crying because of how short she cut my hair and her only response was "this is what you wanted, you just don't know it yet."
