I have used Jt since his days of working from the truck of his car doing mobile calls. He is a hell of a guy & as fair as they come. Many times I have given him extra for his work because for his prompt and always professional services, I feel he is priced cheap. ANYONE READING THESE REVIEWS SHOULD DEFINITELY GIVE HIM ONE SHOT AT YOUR BUSINESS AND AFTER THAT, U WILL BE BACK. THERES THE GAURUNTEE FOR HIS WORK.. I'D BACK IT 100%

This last post comes from a guy that use to clean my rugs and never wants to pay regular price as others do...runs a carpet cleaning bussiness but has always wanted cash and has never giving me a reciept... he owns amerikleen carpet cleaning in covington ky but I cant find a bussiness lisence for him..he came in with his sons 25+ year old truck to have a water pump put on and expected us to fix all other leaks for same price.. let him bring in his own parts..no prob then wanted to cut in front of the other cars I had already in shop..not gonna do it.. I am a very fair auto repair facility and we are very honest with our coustomer and fair with prices..

I absolutely agree with your customer review from July,2012. Your prices are cheap because of your quality of work and no guarantee. you say these types of reviews hurt small businesses like yours. No they don't you do. We just paid $460.36 for our vehicle to be fixed. when we were picking it up we asked about the fresh oil under the vehicle and got an answer of the top of your head. after leaving the oil still leaks and the problem was not fixed. you were made aware of the problem and aren't going to do anything about it. its obvious the vehicle stayed in your garage until just before we were to arrive so there wasn't a lot of oil to explain. I cannot understand why someone worried about their small business wouldn't offer to fix this problem, but had no problem taking the $460.36. If you want your business to stay in business this isn't the way you do it. If you were proud of your work you would stand behind it 100%. Even if it was a 30 day guarantee. I don't see any of us being back

Took my car to Jt's Discount Auto - they were very professional and protected my vehicle when the work was being done. The problem was explained to me so that I knew what was going on. Great job, will definitely go back.

I have been to this shop,,,, they have never broke or over charged me for anything,, it is very sad that people get on here and post silly reviews ,,, i have been with jt the owner since he first started,, this is just another attempt of someone trying to hurt and bring down a small black bussiness,, keep your head up jt i got your back,,ms harris

This place is terrible. They don't do good work and they break parts and won't fix it without you paying them more money. Customer service come first, not money. That is how you keep a business. I would not recommend this place by far. They are priced cheap for a reason because they do a terrible job.
