Corvallis Cat Care

I just moved to town, and, on a recommendation from my former vet, took my cat, who has a chronic condition, to see Dr. Blouin, so that she could continue his treatment. He ended up needing emergency treatment, and Dr. Blouin was wonderful through the whole thing. She is very thorough and detailed, and makes sure that you understand what is going on, even just in a routine exam. She obviously cares a great deal, and she is willing to work with you to make sure that your kitty gets the best care.

I saw several vets for my cat, who was suffering from chronic bladder infections. After Willamette Valley Vet told me the next step was to go to a specialist in Portland, which would most likely cost 2k-5k, I said I was going to take her to another vet to get a second opinion. I picked Cat Care, and I'm so glad I did! This was about 4 years ago, and my cat has not had an infection since (after ongoing problems for more than 5 years). The doctor gave her a short dose of pills and instructed me to put my cat on a wet diet that DID NOT consist of any fish products. She gave me a lot of literature/research to read, which I really appreciated. She is well-informed and highly educated. My cat has been bladder infection free since the visit!

It is a little more pricey than some of the other places in town, but if you want your cats treated by the best in town, I would recommend this business.
