This is my experience with Richard's Garage Door Service & Repair.

I arrived home from work around 4:00pm I hit my garage door button three but the door never when up moren than 6 inches. I walked in to find my one of my torsion springs broke. I contacted Richard and by 5:30 problem solved!

Richard was referred to me by my father in law. He repaired his garage door two weeks ago and did an amazing job. He saved my in laws over 500.00 dollars!

Today he replaced both my torison springs, and lubricated all moving parts. He was straight forward about his prices and and charged me almost half of what other companies quoted me.

Richard's garage service and repair is absolutely wonderful. My garage door wasn't opening properly and Richard came out quickly, explained the issue, and fixed the problem in a quick manner. He was honest and didn't try to charge me and arm and a leg. I have called other places and their prices were outrageous, but Richard had reasonable rates and he was willing to come out right away to fix my door. I rarely write reviews, but I was definitely impressed with Richard's service and I highly recommend everyone use this company!

Richard Gale is very knowledgeable, easy to deal with, and honest. Richard arrived on time and quickly determined what needed to be done to repair my garage door. He was prepared, had all the necessary tools and quickly resolved my garage door issue. He also gave me preventive maintenance tips, so that I could avoid similar issues in the future. Other contractors were telling me I had to replace parts unnecessarily to drive the cost up. Richard just adjusted the hardware that I had already and did not replace any parts.

Richard Gale is a knowledgable professional and I would recommend his services to everyone! He arrived promptly on a Sunday and charged no extra for the call. He explained all of our options from replacing the sensor board to replacing the garage door opener. He was polite and professional and his charges are very reasonable. If you have a garage door issue, you need to call Richard. I read the reviews here and thought I would give him a try. He delivered and more! He was early, fixed the problem within minutes, helped me with another garage door problem, explained all of the positives, negatives, and made reasonable recommendations. He is honest, reliable and trustworthy. His prices are well within reason and he delivers on every penny spent. You would be foolish to go anywhere else. I will be recommending him to my neighbors!

After extensively researching garage door torsion springs I discovered that this is one project best left to the professionals. Richard's Garage Door is fast, clean, friendly, and affordable. I would recommend their service to anyone with garage door issues. I received same day service at a price that was well below the competition's. If you are in the I.E. look no further, you have just found your garage door repairman.

It was very refreshing to receive such great all around service. I called for a quote and a possible appointment in the morning. Carol gave me an exact quote (that didn't change) and set up the appointment after hours so that I didn't have to take off work. I was elated. Richard did an excellent job of repairing my broken spring performing and maintenance on my garage door. He even showed me how to perform preventative maintenance to negate the possibility of future problems. The workmanship and expertise he displayed was outstanding! I called yesterday to inquire about a garage door that had come off the track. The service man was at my house in thirty minutes. He fixed the cables, replaced the door in its track, lubricated it and when he finished the door worked properly and was quieter than ever before. All this for $35.00. Great job.
