Grade F....If your no longer useful to southern staffing they could careless when you get your pay check if you show up for work everyday then something happens one day that you can't go they will mail your pay check and they say payday is Friday but your check is mailed out on a Friday that is stupid and the rude ass Natalie that works there...Never again I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Southern staffing is a small company but I've never had a bad experience with them. Veronica has always been nice and polite and helpful. I am black so the previous comment was not correct. You must understand that when they get jobs they go quick. There not doing you wrong on purpose you just have to be patient.

They discriminate, they will not hire Blacks. My sister has called every week and was told by Lee, they have nothing. Every week for six weeks she didn't have anything.

The owner is never available for any reason.

Maybe it works for some people, but if it doesn't you'll be out $25 which seems kind of scamish. That is right even if they don't find you a job or before they will send your resume out it is $25 up front to have the privilege of filling out an application and be skills tested. Most other employment agencies I've ever dealt with would take out money from your first check upon being hired for a position and not demand a payment up front before doing a thing for you. It just seems a little weird to demand money up front with no guarantee of hire or even that they will send your resumes out (you have to pass the skills test) which for clerical work aren't easy. Beware!

Charge you $25 to not find you a job. The jobs suck and the communication is horrible. I wouldn't recommend this staffing agency to my worst enemy! Instead of helping you find a job they take money from you that you really don't have in the first place.This place doesn't even deserve the one star that I had to give it.
