iTech Monitoring

The technicians were always on time and very professional. Their dispatcher called me shortly before their arrival. . The main technician/project manager was named Ray, He was extremely knowledgeable. The whole experience was very positive from the very beginning. I would recommend Itech Monitoring to anyone interested in home theater, alarms, and camera systems. I now have a true 1 app home! From my phone I can control my tv, see my cameras, keep track of my kids, play thermostat wars with my husband and so much more.

My family and i feel secure in our new home after itech monitoring came out and took care of us.

We met them 2 weeks before moving into our home and interviewed them as well as 2 other companies. I immediately liked itech better, because there sales person down sold me several things i really did not need, where the other two companies upsold me as much as possible. One example of this is the outdoor sound system i wanted. Instead of spending several thousand dollars on speakers for my pool area, itech recommend a device i purchased online for much cheaper.

itech wired and installed 8 cameras, a full alarm system with thermostat, lock, light, and garage door control. They also installed a 7.1 surround sound system with in wall edgeless speakers, and hung 4 tv's. They also installed a control 4 system to control my media room. I love how they tied everything into one app for me. I can control the alarm system, automation, and my media room all from one app. I can also see the camera's when im not home. All the work was done in 3 days, and we were able to move into a home that had all the work done.

A week after the installation was done, and the initial training was complete. I had several questions about the system. I called their office and Victoria was very helpful. After trying to help me over the phone they decided that it would be best to send someone out. They came out the next day and very wonderful helping me with my questions. The best thing is they did not charge me for this trip.

This company was awesome. They worked with me throughout the process of the commercial build out of a storage facility. They were recommended by the manufacturer and for good reason. In the design phase they provided drawings with locations of 46 camera's, multiple PTI security gate, and interior access points, and several hundred door alarms for all my units. They were even able to automated the buildings thermostats and integrate it into the alarm system.



The installation was efficient. This is my third facility, and itech is by far the best security company i have worked with. They installed the system faster, and had less issues.



My previous company took almost 3 weeks to prewire my second facility. Itech was in and out in 4 days! This allowed my general contractor to proceed with the build-out.



Their Project Manager was amazing. He kept me informed throughout the process. He even assisted me in finding a new vendor for another part of the project that did not go as well. These guys gave me all the extra time and attention i needed. I feel good leaving my storage facility security systems in their hands.

Awesome experience, good pricing, and honest company. I was referred to this company by a friend of mine when i moved to the Houston area. They first did my home alarm, and camera's. We did 8 camera's, and a pretty high end alarm, and they had it all done in 1 day. I didn't have to take extra time off from work it was great! The installation, and sale's process was easy and smooth. The camera's they installed are HD, and i can view them on my phone and laptop. After such a good first experience we invited itech back to do a media home theater room for us. They installed an 80 inch 4k setup with surround sound and an app to control it all! I highly recommend iTech Monitoring, they are very professional.
