Bill is very trustworthy and low-key. He explains what needs to be done (and also what does NOT have to be done). If you have a Honda, he's the one you need to trust your investment with.

If you own a Honda and you don't want to deal with the "Fluff" of the Dealerships' Service Centers, Bill is a savvy and well-trained Honda Expert (and he USED TO work for the Dealerships). He is more like a "teacher" then a repairman because he takes the time to explain everything. You will not find any squeaky-clean floors at his private shed / garage just east of Mark Sheffel and Stetson Hills, but you will find a very trustworthy and honorable man. He's the only one who works on my CRV.
