Gerber Collision & Glass

We made an appointment for both of our cars to have hail damage repair, and because they were busy, the appointment was nearly a month out. We were told they would handle the claims through our insurance ageny, and were assured that they would have 2 rental cars for us on the day of our appointment. We both took off work and brought our cars in at 8:30 am as requested. After nearly an hour wait we were told that there were no rental cars available, the rental company was out. Gerber had evidently failed to make reservations for us. They said we would have to make another appointment several weeks out. As you can imagine, we left. What a hassle. Very poor service.
