        I have taken my car to several shops in my 4 years living in the springs. Bear Auto is by far the best and most professional. If you want quality service with out the expensive shop cost, look up this hidden gem. Thank you Mr. Don and the team at bear auto.

        AMAZED

        NO HASSLE! I was very surprised by how i was treated by this shop. Usually an auto shop will make me feel like i don't know what I'm talking about and try to take advantage of me because I look young and naive. They wrote down the symptoms that I told them i was having. then they took the car out on the road to see the symptoms for themselves. I told them what I thought it was and turns out it was something else. Something CHEAPER. They could have easily what I THOUGHT was wrong AND the real problem and made more money. I would have believed them. Then they explained how the real problem caused the other symptoms and why nothing else needed to be replaced. All done within a couple an hours. First time I have ever walked away from an auto shop without felling cheated. AMAZED.

        My suburban back door latch was not working. I had furniture in it, that required both doors opened, to remove the furniture. I called and they wouldn't fix it, until I removed the furniture! Went to Good Guys Auto. They fixed in ten minutes! Recommend Good Guys Auto

        Don does amazing work, a family friend reccomended by my uncle, we took our Toyota 4runner to 2 different shops before we went to Bear Auto, neither of them could fix it, until we took it into Don at Bear Automotive, hands down, amazing honest work

        Most Honest Mechanic in Town

        This is the most honest mechanic I have ever delt with. I took it for a check-up, and he replaced some hoses, belts, and a CV boot, all for a reasonable price. I thought the timing belt needed to be replaced, but he explained that because I had a timing chain, I didn't need to replace it for another 60,000 miles. I had a problem when I took the car home. A small mistake had caused a problem with my radiator....so he replaced my radiator at no charge whatsoever.



        I will definitely go back!
