Beware ! This place just wants your money and is filled with INEPT doctors! I just moved to Colorado Springs and was looking for a new GP. CSHP set me up with Dr. David A. Smolev. I told Dr. Smolev the medications that my previous physician had given me for the past 10 years. After insulting my previous physician he told me he wanted to switch me to medications he felt would better suit my condition. The medications he prescribed made my condition worse than it is ever been! After speaking with another physician he told me I should've never been placed on those medications. Upon some research I found out this doctor attained his medical training at a school owned by DeVry Tech Schools that is located in the Dominican Republic. On top of that their billing department is now trying to extort an extra $145 from me when I already paid $125 at the time of visit. If you read the rest of the reviews it shows this place uses predatory billing practices and Underqualified doctors.
