I called and got a quote, $20 service fee and a $15 base fee, so I said.. I'm looking around $35 or ball park to get into my filing cabinet, a 5 min job and she said yes $35 min ..okay should have been my clue..$35 min..I got hit for $95 .2.7 times what she had told me. he was there in $15 min and got the cabinet open in 5 min and I got to pay $95???? seriously..Call around and ask..pin them down or you will get a major shock. there are locksmiths that will be more upfront and will charge less!!! Do not use these people unless you really have to!!!

First of all, when you call the lady doesn't even give you a quote unless you ask and she talks so fast so she doesn't have to go into that. She told me it would cost me $35 these people are not clear on their price at all! She also told me someone would be there in 15 minutes well an HOUR later the guy shows up and takes a minute to open my car. A minute! That's it! For how much you ask? $75! They only gave me $20 off for being late and gave me the impression from the add as well as the uninformative lady on the phone that it would only be $35! I do not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money and time and get better service elsewhere these people are not going to tell you the truth about their REAL price.

I was locked out of my car and looked online for a cheap locksmith. Note: They do not have any obvious disclaimer telling you that the charges are as high as they really are by saying they start at $19.99. I called their call center where they did not mention that the charges could be as high as they really were; 95 dollars for a guy to spend 2 minutes of his time to stick a coat hanger in my car. After complaining about the price, the so called "human resources" department of this "company" fabricated a string of lies and slams against me to retain that price. This company is absolutely awful and I would consider finding a company who is truthful and considerate towards to their clientele.

We found a window open so I called to cancel, and they rudely told me that the locksmith was already enroute and that we would have to pay $20 if he got to our location before the operator could reach him. And then they hung up on me. 5 min later I received this text: "This is the locksmith I will be sending this account to collections they use whoever the phone number that was used to call-in when ordering service for collection purpose thank you have a good rest your day". The most horrible experience ever! We got charged $120 for literally two minutes of work. When I called back to find out why it was so high I got hung up on. When I called back I was told that they are independent contractors and since I didn't ask for a price when I called he charged us what he felt was right for the job because he got there in ten minutes during rush hour. The website states "As low as $19.95 in cases where a child is involved". All other cases it states that there is a $20 fee for the contract to get the guy to the location then $15 and up depending on any extra labor that may be required. In 2 minutes there was no extra labor. Essentially we paid $120 because the guy was nice. How in the world does 2 minutes of work justify that price? DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE FOR HELP!!! They use the fact that you are in a bind and can't do anything about it to charge ridiculous prices and take full advantage of your situation.
