        Overall

        doctor was great, but the front office was very rude, they do NOT participate in the buy and bill program with any insurance meaning that they want you to buy your own iud out of pocket, (which insurance will not cover) and then bring it to them for it to be placed im sorry but that is a bad way to conduct business is by making your patient do the run around and basically do what the receptionist is supposed to do
