Epcor Water

I spoke with josh about starting service on a family lots that hasnt had water in bout 20 yrs. He requested death cert. For me mother and grandmother to check there prior accounts. This security measure i find a little much extreme just to find water lines that were slightly buried just needing to be exposed for repair to actually start service, well josh i do believe in R.I.P. i hope i can find another professional method of water service to needy people in my area of town. So for now my water lines can R.I.P.
