We tried to do our homework and to keep business within our community. These guys originally were recommended by Siding World to have some windows replaced and a new screen door for the doorwall. They promised installation in 3 days on the windows and 5 days for the screen door. This was back in February 2014. After many calls it took them 3 WEEKS on the windows. They installed the screen door a day later. However, they DID NOT COMPLETE the job. They didn't install or leave the lock for the screen door (this is standard). We even told them just to drop it off that we can do it ourselves.
We kept calling and they keep saying "sorry about that....we'll install it...you don't have to be home"... It is now July 2014 and several dozen calls later still no lock/latch mechanism.
If you are looking for honest, good and dependable, professional work being done, DO NOT USE Wolf Window & Screen Repair...
BTW I called again before posting this review.
*update 7/9/14* -they finally came and installed the mechanism. I'm glad it was done but I still wouldn't recommend them and I will NEVER use their services again.

Provided by SuperpagesVery friendly service. I brought my sliding door screen in to be repaired and it was finished within 10 minutes! Fair prices and honest answers. I will return for any other repairs I may need in the future. Thank you. Valerie
