First they say they inspect and maintain the townhomes. Not true within the first few weeks I discovered many long standing water leaks and a mold infestation. When I wiped my windows off a black soot was on the inside of all my windows, I've never seen anything like it. Felt sick all the time. When I found some of the water leaks and contacted the office and management company they lied to me and said there was no problem. So I had my own contractors come out and they still refused to fix all the dangerous hazardous long standing water leaks and mold infestation that was crawling through the floors and the basement. Well the management company said pay up or else.
It's their dirty little secret and don't be fooled by the low maintenance fees they are low for a reason they don't fix major issues that are in the lease.
Also in the lease is stated that they can enter your home at any time with out notifing you and they do. Hope your not caught off gaurd because they can enter anytime they want to.
The units are extremely hot in the summer time like an oven so you will want an additional air unit up stair as well as your central air and your electric bill will be high.
The walls are supper thin it's like living with your neighbors so I hope you really like the ones your next, you can hear everything the phone ringing a closet opening the water running and them talking and shouting.
The worst part is the unwillingness to do the repairs they need to do to maintain a safe and healthy home they will retain any type of value and not put your family at risk.
Stessful and abusive experience. Please think twice.
