Dr. Ruiz treated my cat. Very professional and caring. Staff very helpful. Fees reasonable for Rx and Office visit. Happy I found the Kitty Clinic. Will return again if my cats need Veterinary care. Larry Choike & my cat Shanny☺️

New to the area. Hubby and I were visiting our daughter in Utica and wanted a kitty's nails trimmed. Our kitty is not all that friendly. But the staff there was BEYOUND WONDERFUL������������ KODO ' S to the KITTY clinic==������������

I love the Kitty Clinic!

We have dealt with the clinic for many years. Recently our Emily had bladder stones. It was a few months after trying diets to dissolve the stones that we opted for surgery. Dr Ruiz was wonderful with explaining the choices we had. Throughout this terrible ordeal the staff and Dr Ruiz were wonderful. I love the small clinic compared to the larger ones. I feel that they really care about our pets and us owners. I would recommend this clinic.

I didn't even want to give the doctors half a star!!!but since it made me (it's for the staff) The doctor(owner) was the worst doctor I ever met in my life!!! She threw down the carrier with my cat in it and yelled at me to get my cat out of there and take it to the humane society!!! Mean ,rude,unprofessional...please ask me before you take your babies there!!! The staff there were very nice and did not stick up for the doctor...I can't stress enough...don't go there!!!!

I have been bringing my 3 cats to their clinic since 2004. I love their service. They are friendly, sweet and do wonderful jobs to my cats. The price for our cats treatments are our choice. That;s helpful alot for us.

I have seen both doctors on different visits and they were great. They explained the problems, options for care and were great on followthough. The staff in the clinic are kind and I was very happy with how my cats were treated. I would encourage a friend to go here with their kitty.

I am extremely happy with the staff and with Dr. Ruiz. I would recommend them to all my friends that love their cats.

I have been a client of The Kitty Clinic for the past 8 years and have always recieved the best of care for my personal cats and the cats I foster through a rescue. Dr. Ruiz is an excellent diagnostian who goes above and beyond when it comes to the animals the clinic treats. The clinic has enabled our rescue to save many animals who would otherwise have died. I have always been treated with courtesy and respect and appreciate the efforts of the clinic on behalf of my pets. I wouldn't consider using any other Veterinary for my kitties.

I own a cattery along with some rescues cats. The Kitty Clinic has always been very professional and treatment thorough. The doctors and staff are very pleasant. They treat each of our babies like they were their own. I have been going there for a couple years now and wouldn't think about going elsewhere!

This place is by far the worst veterinary office in Michigan. Our cat was saved from the Humane Society. The LAST visit we had with this place , we took our cat in for the fact that he lost weight . And since this was the first time we owned a cat we where hoping for a comprehensive treatment instead we where INSULTED by one of the "DOCTORS" there. Her medical examination consisted in LOOKING at the cat and weight measurement. And then the insults started pouring , she made it sound like WE STARVED our cat on purpose. And to top everything we had an appointment today (since we thought that changing doctors within the facility may do the trick) and about 3 hours prior to the appointment we got a call from someone there , REFUSING !!! to see our cat... We where amazed at the TOTAL LACK of professionalism coming from this business. Now we use a different Doctor . One that knows how to talk to pet owners , and one that actually nailed the diagnosis as well and had a swift resolve to treatment options. This one doctor (who will remain nameless) from this clinic should have her license pulled (not only she didn't do her job the right way, but she did it in an insulting and hurting manner)
